Certificate is CANCELLED and is in good condition. It does have tape along preforated stub edge holding the 2 pieces together. Some creases/folds. Some discoloration/marks/foxing from aging and use – lettering/ink has started to fade. Edges/corners have some wear and tear – holes along side has some rust/marks. Please see photos.
