The Wiedersperg Collection at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco consists of 82 Turkmen knotted-pile weavings, including rugs, bags, ceremonial trappings, and decorative hangings, including some of the rarest and finest examples of their type. They are presented in this exhibit catalog in 81 color plates, along with additional figures and page-filling closeups, a detailed history and structural analysis, and a glossary of specialized terms.”
